Last week we went to Knox, IN for the farmers market there with some of our produce. Upon arrival at 7:45 we were surprised to find we were the only vendor. We set up our table, and Nate went to get a tent and some breakfast for us. We started the day at 5:30 picking produce. We took along Potatoes, Cucumbers, Green Beans, Onions, Beets, Turnips, and Zucchini. We sold about half of what we took, and got rid of all of our green beans and cucumber. It was great to be out, as the market location is in a little park and it was just a nice day. We are looking forward to going again.
This week we are working on keeping the plants cool in the crazy heat, and making a small farm stand to sell our produce out of comfortably. We have framed in the shed, and look to add the finishing touches later in the week. We need to have it ready by next we
